CHI takes charge of the privatization plan. She shows off in front of PAUL. SHAN moves out of CHI’s house and will put up at LEUNG’s for the time being. There is a leap in the share price of Ngai’s Group’s shares. CHI suspects PAUL is rigging shareholders’ vote for the company. ON is drunk. LEI takes the opportunity to steal the keys to his office. She is astonished to see CHI in PAUL’s office. TUNG appears in court. He is touched to see that his previous employees have come to support him. Unfortunately, the situation is not too encouraging.
