―P.D.323 Gjallarhorn's political interference in Arbrau's Central Parliament escalates into the use of force using mobile suits. It was a group of boys from Mars called Tekkadan who brought the incident to a close.
Word of Tekkadan's activities reached the ears of Wistario Afam, who was born and raised in the Radonitsa Colony on Venus. Venus, which lost the race for development to Mars, is a remote planet in which even the four major economic blocs have no interest. The residents don't even have IDs, and it's currently just being used as a penal colony for criminals.
What should appear before Wistario, who wishes to change the circumstances of his birthplace, but a girl who claims to be a guide for the "Urdr Hunt".

Having met this girl, Wistario stands at the gate of the "Urdr Hunt"... a race for a huge prize that could easily buy a colony.
