Hai is attacked by King Keung's subordinates. Hai is seriously ?injured and is being sent to the hospital. He asks Ki to take care Sai Kit and do not let him step into the triad business. he also requests Ki helping him to manage his triad business before he dies. Sai Kit is very sad after his father's death. He swears that he must take revenge for his father. Ki impedes Kit lest the latter would destroy his future. Chuan is dissatisfied with Ki who has become the triad leader. He then instigates the elder triad members, such as Wong Kam Sing, to boycott Ki. Fortunately, Ki is humble and honest all along, therefore, he wins the favour of the gang members and his position could then be strengthened.
