Not wanting to live in another's house, Pong Yin decides to seek a new lodge and is tricked to buy a dilapidated house. Pong Yin feels grateful that Man Ho helps him repair it.
Man Ho gets an official rank and delights the Wai family. At this time, Man Ho and Ming Chu fall in love.
